Effective date: July 20, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the TruLens Financial ETL application (the "Application"), operated by TruLens LLC ("TruLens," "we," "us," or "our").
The Application is a private internal reporting tool. It may be used only by TruLens personnel and other representatives specifically authorized by TruLens and by an administrator of the connected QuickBooks Online company.
The Application retrieves limited QuickBooks Online accounting reports and prepares internal financial reporting workbooks. Users must not attempt to access an unauthorized company, interfere with the Application, bypass access controls, or use retrieved information for an unlawful purpose.
A QuickBooks company administrator must authorize the connection through Intuit's OAuth process. Authorization may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks or by requesting disconnection from TruLens. Revocation ends future API access but does not automatically delete financial records that TruLens must retain for legitimate business, accounting, or legal purposes.
The Application relies on services provided by Intuit, Google, and Vercel. Use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. TruLens is not endorsed or sponsored by Intuit.
The Application reproduces information returned by QuickBooks Online based on configured dates and accounting methods. Authorized users are responsible for reviewing reports before relying on them. The Application does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial-planning advice.
TruLens may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. Availability may depend on third-party services and network connectivity.
The Application, its code, documentation, and branding are owned by TruLens or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. TruLens is not responsible for outages, changes, or errors originating from third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Information handling is described in the TruLens Financial ETL Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms as the Application or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
